Very good condition - some wear on the top of the unit where the original finish has been worn, the unit has been reinforced underneath at some point (not visible) and there is a cut out on the bottom rear RHS where it used to accommodate a skirting board. Drawers are not on rollers as per a piece of this age, they open without effort.
