ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF GST

VINTAGE AND PRE-LOVED CONDITION

Our pieces are vintage/pre-loved, they have enjoyed a life before coming to us and are sold as such. We believe this is what makes them special. If you like brand new things this is not the store for you! While we make an effort to note major flaws, minor imperfections should be expected as reflective of the age and previous use. Please reach out if you would like to see a video or have further questions regarding the condition of an item. 

Due to the one off nature of our pieces we are unable to offer holds.

RETURNS

Please take the time to inspect the images and read the description. We do not accept change of mind returns. All items are sold as is. 

Please measure your space and access to the property prior to sale. Soft Focus House will not refund based on items not being suitable for your space and deliveries cannot be returned due to access issues.

We are very happy to co-ordinate and recommend delivery, however we take no responsibility for items damaged during transit.

LOCAL PICK UP

Our showroom in Balwyn, VIC is currently open by appointment only.  Once checkout is complete we will email you to share available pick up times and co-ordinate one that suits you.

LOCAL SHIPPING

We are very happy to organise local delivery via a third party within Metropolitan Melbourne from Monday-Saturday. Depending on your postcode, you will be able to select from one of the following shipping options during checkout.

<10km of Balwyn, VIC - $65
<15km of Balwyn, VIC - $85
< 20km of Balwyn, VIC - $115
<25km of Balwyn, VIC - $145
<30km of Balwyn, VIC - $165
<35km of Balwyn, VIC - $195

Once checkout is complete we will be in touch to co-ordinate a suitable time for delivery. Please note the above rates are for one driver to ground floor, and assume the purchaser will be present to accept the delivery. Rates are subject to change, marble pieces, large apartment buildings, stairs and CBD addresses with loading bays and where parking is difficult may incur an extra charge. 

INTERSTATE SHIPPING

For regional Victoria and interstate delivery, we use a number of reliable transport companies to safely deliver our furniture to you, or we can also work with your own carrier if preferred.  Please select the regional/interstate option during checkout and then email us to discuss options for a detailed quote.
