Delightful 1970s rattan desk in very good vintage condition. Thrilled to have discovered this beautiful piece on the outskirts of Melbourne, purchased by the original owner for her first home in the 1970s. It's been very well looked after, and still has many years of love to give! The brass handles have developed a patina over the years, and there are some signs of wear expected with a woven piece of this age, but overall only one piece of rattan is missing, some inconsistency in colour over the whole piece, but drawers open and close well and the top has been protected by the piece of glass so it's looking gorgeous. The back is fully rattan too so a perfect candidate to use in the centre of a room or have it facing outwards. Please see pics for details.
