Spanish mission style sideboard in very good vintage condition. Made in Australia from solid cedar in the 1970s, we sourced this piece from a house in Melbourne's south east, and the whole house was an homage to 1970s brutalist design, even down to the tiles, curved windows and Spanish style balustrades. All the furniture was originally custom made for the house too. It was amazing! Very excited to have rescued this piece and to share it with you all. 3 drawers, one with cutlery inserts, metal hardware, two cupboards have a shelf, one is open. Has been freshly oiled, some inconsistencies of colour and a few marks on the top of the unit and general patina consistent with age and use. Generally presents very well. Please see pics.
