Custom 1980s compact desk/console + stool in very good condition. These pieces were custom made to match with inbuilt curved oak joinery in a house in Melbourne's south east, and are incredible well made and unique. The curved shapes are unbelievable, incredible detailing and two cupboards at either end with adjustable shelving. A stunning slimline piece originally used in the bedroom as a dressing table or desk, would also work in an entry way as a console table with storage. We are selling with the matching stool because we cannot bear to separate - a normal desk chair also fits well underneath. Please note the stool doesn’t fit exactly underneath. Some wear consistent with age, mainly a few marks and wear on the top, this piece is also finished/detailed on the back, so would work beautifully in the centre of a room or study.
