PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. 

ACCESS
While we would love to accommodate bump in/bump out outside of your confirmed shoot times, as we live here with our two teenagers, cat and dog we cannot guarantee access! Particularly in the morning, we may still be cleaning or preparing the space and getting ready to vacate for the day so the space can be yours to create in! Please inform your crew/cast/team to wait outside the gates until the call time - thank you so much in advance. For photoshoots we leave the cat in the space as she keeps to herself, please let us know if we need to arrange something else for her! 

ENTRY
Both of the front gates can open for ease of loading in and out. Once you have loaded gear/people in, we recommend keeping the gates closed for security. The space is yours to enjoy except for the 2 smaller bedroom pods, the laundry (behind the white curtain) and the rear storage area out the back door. Please only use the front exit.

PARKING

There is 2 hour free parking in front of the property, timed by sensors - a lot of people just move their cars every two hours and that seems to work well - or there is all day paid parking at the local Coles (info here) or in Rose St. Nicholson st tram is 2 mins walk away.

SOUND SYSTEM
Our stereo is turned on and ready to go, and is connected to an in-house ipaid next to the record player, please feel free to use our Soft Focus House spotify to play tunes! You can also connect to the bluetooth receiver if you'd prefer to stream from your phone - it's Esinkin BT Adpater

AIRCON/HEATING
There is a heating/cooling system, the controller is on the wall behind the rattan lounger in the front space. 

SHOOT EQUIPMENT
We have 2 ikea clothing racks, a full size garment steamer, lightweight tripod with iPhone holder attached for content/bts. 

STAINLESS STEEL BENCH
The bench was a labour of love of ours so if you could take care not to drag any object (large or small) s across the top that would be amazing - we're delusional but trying to keep it pristine for as long as we can!

OBJECTS/FURNITURE
All of the objects, art and furniture you see in the space you are most welcome to use. We just ask that everything is returned to its original place, and that you take care with the floors when moving furniture.

KITCHEN
Glassware, cutlery and plates are located in the top few smaller drawers in the kitchen, bins are in the slim pull out drawer beneath the island bench, opposite the sink. If you have a larger than normal amount of rubbish please take it with you! Lunch rubbish is fine! Dishwasher is on the left next to the sink.

LIGHTING
Light switches to the wall sconces behind the kitchen are mounted on the left hand end of the kitchen cabinets, and the paper lantern over the island bench is behind the coffee machine, just turn on the power board! Lamps and other bits and bobs are self explanatory, the curved wall lamp swivels!

FOOD/DRINK
Obviously we are surrounded by the best but here are our recommendations for coffee and/or catering or a venue to kick on at!

Coffee - Mile End Bagels, Dusty, Bell St Coffee Window, Sunhands (a bit further away)
Food - Mile End Bagels, Sunhands (amazing sandwiches + salads),Terror Twilight (amazing healthy), Nicos Sandwiches, Morning Market, Cibi (a bit further away), Coles (5 mins walk)
Drinks/Food for after your long day - Sunhands (thurs-Sat), Marquis of Lorne, The Standard (pub), Little Hop, Heartattack and Vine, Capitano, The Black Cat, Hope St Radio
